I am unsure about the doctor's skill. For the first 3-6 months after surgery, the nose looks pretty. But right after 6-8 months, it rapidly sinks, because of the AlloDerm they often use on the nasal tip... It just collapses all at once, and the tip ends up looking completely pressed down. ... Who can't make it look pretty at first It has to last... And the counseling manager was really awful. She was truly unpleasant.
