From the app reviews, I expected them to be kind and consult in detail, but it absolutely did not feel that way. The answers to my questions were one-liners, there was no explanation of the surgery method.. it felt like they were extremely exhausted??ㅠㅠ But then when I look at the surgery photo reviews, they look so good that I’m torn~
