I had bulbous nose surgery using ear cartilage. The improvement in the bulbous nose was excellent, and there were almost no side effects. Even though ear cartilage was used, there was no change in the shape of my ear, and there are almost no visible scars on either my nose or ear. I wanted a natural-looking nose, and it came out just as I had hoped, so I’m satisfied.
