He’s a middle-aged man, but his voice was quite high-pitched, so I was a little surprised. He’s very kind, but he isn’t especially talkative; he’s the type to say, just ask anything you want to know. But I didn’t have a long consultation because I didn’t really know how to ask questions. The consultation director was warm, helpful, and kind.
