I was hesitating a lot from the very beginning about whether to get double eyelid surgery or not, so while looking into different places, I found the reviews here seemed pretty good and went for a consultation. The staff, the manager, and the doctor were all kind. The manager felt a bit like a talkative older sister next door, so the consultation was comfortable.
From the reviews here, I heard the doctor's consultation was very clear about what could and could not be done, but that wasn't the case for me. When I showed the line I wanted, he just said it would come out with that kind of feeling, then I asked what I was curious about and that was it. Maybe because the line I wanted was a natural one? There wasn't any very firm explanation.
