I had a consultation first with the director, then with the manager, and when I met the director I wore a headband during the consultation. The director was very kind, and the consulting manager was also extremely kind. I had a lot of questions, but both the director and the manager answered everything kindly, and I liked that aftercare also seemed thorough. But there were fewer reviews than I expected, so I'm torn.
