I was looking for a hospital for double eyelid revision surgery, and this was the first place I visited in person based on a friend's recommendation, but it was a little different from the reviews and my friend's recommendation, so I was disappointedㅠㅠ I don't know if the director was busy that day or just exhausted... but I didn't really feel either kindness or professionalism. He did point out exactly by just looking at my eyes what could be done, but it felt like there was a bit of a lack of detailed explanation.
Still, the head coordinator was really kind and gave me a good consultation, so I left satisfied. This is the first place where I felt more drawn to the coordinator than to the director.
