When I went for an eye consultation, they said they were drawing the eye line, but their touch was so rough and careless that my eyes felt numb. I felt that their hands were not delicate or precise.

It was my first eye surgery, and even though my eyes are fairly large and I already have double eyelids, they said I would need all the intense procedures, like incision surgery, removal of sagging skin, and fat repositioning.

When I asked whether it would look obvious, they said they couldn’t guarantee it.

I went in after reading the reviews and expecting a lot, but I was disappointed. After the consultation, I left feeling bad, and even my eyelids felt numb.

I left feeling like this place was a no-go.
