The director was sitting at the desk, speaking loudly enough for everyone to hear, trying to get me to book on the same day by offering a price discount and badmouthing other clinics. It looked really bad. The consultation with the head doctor was very satisfying ... I want to trust the doctor and go through with surgery, but when I see the staff, I worry that post-op care will be a mess, so I don’t want to do it. Among the four places I consulted, the doctor consultation was the second one I liked the most!!!
