A fresh review from visits I went to today. First I went to ㄹㅍㄹ Dr. ㄱㅁㅅ, and second to ㅇㅅㅌ Dr. ㄴㅅㅎ.
At the first place, only the consultant came out and did the consultation. She was kind and explained things well, but... They recommended a lot more liposuction than I had expected, and said the fat-grafting price I saw on the app did not include liposuction at all, so the total came out to about three times the listed price. I think the package would have been good if liposuction, rather than the breasts, had been the main focus. Incisions in a total of five places: two under the breasts, the navel, and two above the pubic hair. My abdomen protrudes a bit, and since thigh liposuction is said to be very painful, I said I wanted to take fat only from the abdomen. They said it would probably be possible to get a little under 250 cc. The waiting time for surgery is on the long side. They said the doctor limits surgeries to two cases per day. Even if I booked today, the earliest would be early May. The price is fixed regardless of cc.
At the second place, the operating doctor personally consulted with me. I liked that the doctor seemed confident. They clearly explained the pain, incision sites, and so on. First of all, removing fat only from the abdomen is not possible. The doctor was confident that thigh liposuction pain would not be severe, and answered that for the recovery period, light exercise is possible after about 1 week, and from 3 weeks onward exercise is freely possible. Surgery is possible as soon as the day after tomorrow. They said the doctor performs 3 to 4 surgeries per day. Two injection holes under the breasts and two incisions above the pubic hair. I do not have the time or stamina for a second round or anything like that, and I am in a high-risk group for anesthesia, so I do not want to do it twice. Since I am doing it, I am planning to go with the maximum volume at once (they said 350 cc is pretty much the max).
For now, I booked the second place before leaving. Aside from medial and lateral canthoplasty I had 10 years ago, this is my first time... I am nervous ㅠㅠ
