I went in after requesting a consultation about full removal~! But when he saw the photos of my natural nose that I had prepared, he told me that if I had full removal done, there was a chance the columella would curl up. I said I couldn't give up the columella, so he said then let's do it with ear cartilage~! He did show me a few photos, but since he had so many photos? I couldn't see any photos of patients with a case like mine, so that was disappointing. The photos he showed were explained like, 'This person had the silicone removed and the bone was uneven' or 'This part can be smoothed out a bit.' I asked a lot of questions, and I liked that he answered each one patiently and in detail.
