The director seems conscientious and doesn’t recommend anything unnecessary. I even felt like I wished he would take the lead a bit more and suggest directions and recommend things... He looked very tired, and his tone and facial expression seemed a little annoyed, so I was puzzled, but reading the reviews here, it seems that’s just his personality. He has absolutely no smile on his face, so ... he didn’t feel especially comfortable or friendly, but objectively he seems like the kind of surgeon who would do a good job. A bit like a university hospital professor... I think he’d handle it responsibly and well. The staff were fine, and maybe because reservation times are managed well, it wasn’t crowded, which I liked.
