Visited for consultation about suspected nasal contracture and removal. They examined it by touch alone and diagnosed it as contracture. Removal of silicone capsule and donated rib cartilage They proceeded with lowering the nasal tip using the septum and nasal cartilage. Because my nose is small, I wondered whether there would even be enough septum cartilage (I also had rhinitis surgery, and I was told it probably could not be used from the previous surgery). They said there would be at least a little that could be used. They said contracture could come back at any time. There is no AS.
The cost is too expensive, so I’m 고민.
