Since it was my first time, they recommended donor rib cartilage so they wouldn’t need to make unnecessary incisions on my body. They said if I didn’t like silicone, I’d still be satisfied with a no-implant approach that only made the nostrils look sleeker. If I chose silicone for the bridge, they recommended 3 mm. I was grateful that the director’s consultation was so professional and sincere.
