I had a consultation there... it was just so-so. The director was also just average, but the consultation manager was kind and explained everything in detail. I had booked an early-morning appointment, and I think I went in almost right on time without any waiting. The consultation took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The consultation manager explained things in detail, whereas the director only asked about exactly what we had questions about. I liked that, but at the same time it felt a bit lacking...;; I think it would have been better if they had explained things more thoroughly. I didn’t like the line they suggested either, so I passed.
