I saw them a lot on YouTube, so I went in wanting to have a consultation at least once. As soon as they saw me, they said I would look really beautiful if I did it, that I would become ten thousand times prettier than I am now, so I should definitely do it. There were a lot of things said about the director's personality and tone, but for me it felt pleasantly cheerful and not unpleasant! They said my hump nose was severe, but since my nasal bridge is high, silicone or any implant should absolutely not be inserted. For the tip, they said they would use septal cartilage or donated rib cartilage, and when I said I didn't want donated rib cartilage, they said we wouldn't use it and would use septal cartilage, and if that wasn't enough, we could use ear cartilage. They said osteotomy would be good too, but it wasn't absolutely necessary and we could decide while doing the surgery. But I personally want a very natural look that doesn't show much, and the reviews here seem to favor a somewhat noticeable, glamorous style, so that is bothering me The consultation itself was good.
