When I first had surgery, it was in 2015, when the hospital was in Apgujeong, so the hospital was small. But when I later visited again for another surgery, I was a little surprised because the hospital had grown so much it felt like a factory. Sure enough, as the hospital got bigger, I saw staff members I had never seen before, and they couldn’t even find the chart properly. I wasn’t a rhinoplasty patient, but when I went in for a post-op check, they brought me the chart of another rhinoplasty patient; I was disappointed.
