I went in for a consultation about lower eyelid fat repositioning, and they were kind. At other places, they recommended fat grafting too, but here they said just repositioning alone should be fine. It's a well-known place, and I was glad they didn't push fat grafting, but I'm still planning to look around a bit more before deciding.
