The posts, comments and clinic reviews here were written by members of a Korean online community, not by us. We do not write reviews, commission them, or ask anyone to change one. Every page links back to the discussion it came from.

The translations are made by machine

Every page outside Korean is machine-translated. Expect mistakes, especially with slang, clinic nicknames and abbreviations, which often have no equivalent in another language. When a passage matters to you, treat the Korean original as what the writer actually said.

How the price and rating figures are worked out

Prices are amounts reviewers said they paid, not advertised or event prices, and they are shown as a median with a typical range across the reports that included one. Ratings are the average of the five aspects reviewers score: result, consultation, the doctor’s manner, staff, and facilities. Clinic lists are ordered by how many reports each clinic has, and you can re-sort them by price or by rating. Nothing else moves a clinic up the page, and placement is never sold.
