I had fat grafting about 8 years ago. I am writing this review now while looking into it because my acne scars got much worse due to a side effect from skin needling. Right after the procedure back then, the area directly below the cheekbones had already sunken in. The temple area had also sunken, but they said that because temples have a lot of muscle, it could sink in there too. Still, the area directly below the cheekbones was honestly a bit difficult to accept. It seems okay now
