I looked into several hospitals, and this one had the doctor's longest career, so I had high expectations even before the consultation. During the consultation, Dr. Jeong explained the surgical process, precautions, and even what could be improved in a detailed and easy-to-understand way. I felt comfortable because they didn't recommend excessive procedures, and it was a consultation where communication went really well because they answered my questions right away every time I asked.
