I’m thinking about nose surgery with dermis, but the price seems a bit high, so I’m hesitating. Looking at the post-op photos, it seems okay, but there’s somehow no clear pull toward it, which is disappointing It’s decent, but I can’t shake the feeling that something is missing, so I’m disappointed.
