I went for a consultation about a bulbous nose. When I said I wanted no implants, I felt like they handled it a bit... half-heartedly It felt like, 'This isn't the kind of surgery I want, but since you want it, I'll at least talk about it roughly?' I came away with only the feeling that my nose is really hopeless... and that even if I get surgery it won't get much better.. The consultation manager was extremely kind, and they said that during surgery everything is filmed by CCTV, and if a guardian accompanies you, they can watch it while the surgery is happening, or you can later watch the recorded video yourself, so I did feel like I could trust the surgery itself.
