I had a nose consultation, and the director here said they can work with various materials. They said it would be better to do revision surgery with dermis and donated rib cartilage, and that they could also shave down the hump and even redo the osteotomy, but the surgical scope seemed too broad, so for now I plan to go get consultations elsewhere. The director was very nice and seemed meticulous. The price was also expensive because it was revision surgery.
