The doctor seemed knowledgeable and gave a sincere consultation, which I liked, but the desk staff’s cold attitude and the pressure to write a review for a discount felt off-putting. The doctor’s consultation was a real one, with firm conviction and a strong presence. I also really liked the CCTV in the operating room, and being able to choose anesthesia was a plus.
