An acquaintance had revision surgery there and the shape turned out pretty, so I went in for a consultation too. I made a reservation and went, but the waiting time was long. The doctor’s consultation was extremely kind, and they explained everything in detail while looking in the mirror one by one, so I felt reassured and trusted them and thought I could leave it to that doctor. After the doctor’s consultation, I had a consultation with the manager, but it seemed like the manager didn’t know things professionally. It wasn’t really a consultation; they just sat there blankly, and when I asked a few questions, they should have explained those answers, but instead it was short replies and things like talking about other people as if it had nothing to do with them, saying everyone says that~ It felt like they lacked professional knowledge. I had been planning to book with that doctor because I really liked them, but after the manager’s consultation, I’d say my 마음 disappeared. Even if the surgery is done by the doctor, the person right below still needs to support things to some extent, but they seemed far too unprofessional, so my trust dropped and after deliberation for a few days, I ended up booking at the place that had been my second choice.
