The staff were so kind and nice. The director also spoke professionally and clearly about what was wrong with my nose and how they would perform the surgery, but sometimes they didn't understand what I was saying, or their expression was too stiff I feel like we're a little off on the same wavelength, so I'm giving up. But overall, it seemed like a good clinic.
