On weekends the wait time is pretty long. All the staff are kind. I liked that there was no extra pushing for procedures or hard-selling or anything like that, and they only charged me for the procedure I had already looked into. However, there was no consultation with the doctor before the procedure. I was also disappointed that what the doctor said before the procedure and what the counselor said were different from each other. It felt uneasy to decide on the procedure based only on the consultation manager's talk. The price seems more expensive than in Seoul. Make good use of the events. Responses to inquiries and reservations are convenient, and the KakaoTalk connection makes it even more convenient.
