I had bought 5 sessions of laser hair removal for my arms and legs, and seeing the level of this hospital shocked me.... I waited 2 hours just to be seen, and I had booked with a female doctor, but they suddenly changed their story and said a male doctor would do the hair removal... I didn't think it mattered much since it was hair removal, but the manager handled all the consultation. So I got a refund for the remaining 3 sessions
