It's been two years so it's fuzzy, but when I consulted with the director, he was cynical, but he explained everything I was curious about. After setting the surgery date, he became kind lol I liked that He was conservative about safety and other surgical matters, which matched exactly what I wanted, so I decided to go ahead. I had hump reduction osteotomy, nose tip surgery, and ear cartilage. Right now I have a straight, feminine nose. But because no implant was used, the bridge and the front view weren't dramatic. I think I have to accept that. Anyway, my satisfaction is 89 percent.
