There is a manager who consults you, and a doctor who performs the procedure is separate. In other words, I did not get to consult with the doctor. Of course the manager explained things well about mole removal, but because of this system, when I actually had the mole removal procedure done by the doctor, the doctor missed one part we had originally agreed to do and I couldn’t get it. Still, the mole removal itself turned out well, so the result was good.
