I made a reservation and went in for a consultation, but it wasn't with the doctor; it was only about 5 minutes with the manager and then I left. The manager was kind, but after just a quick look, they said the surgery I wanted was possible. Still, it was hard to trust just the manager's consultation and leave it at that.. At least they didn't pressure me to make another reservation, so that was a relief.
