I had the surgery at the end of 2011, and there aren't any major problems yet, but the columella has dropped, so I'm planning to get a revision for aesthetic reasons! Still, it seems like they did a good job. An idol I know also had it done here, and I went through an agency to come here too, so I just went ahead with it. It's not bad. The surgery cost was so long ago that I don't remember exactly.
