I don't really know about the actual procedures and surgeries, but during the consultation the staff member explained things kindly and in detail. Back then I was led there by my family and didn't really know much, but I remember that they didn't specially recommend any excessive procedures and only asked for my own opinion after explaining things to some extent. I liked that they didn't pressure me.
