They kindly answered everything I asked about (the consultation manager and the doctor). You can lie down and get the procedure, and if you ask them to apply numbing cream, they can apply it over the whole area. But LiftThera itself didn't seem to have much effect, and since they don't appear to do separate design work before the procedure, it seems like it would be hard to do things like InMode or Ulthera.
