I really liked that I could consult with the director right away. The director also explained things well. The atmosphere of the clinic somehow seemed chaotic, which I didn't like. At other places they didn't particularly recommend revision surgery and said the difficulty was very high, but this was the only place that said it wasn't that difficult and that it was a surgery that could be done with enough planning, so the consultation was both appealing and hard to believe.
