First of all, there’s only one chief surgeon, and he explained everything very meticulously and kindly over a long time, from size to implant complications. He was really full of confidence during the consultation. But it didn’t feel like arrogance or anything like that. He only sees one patient per hour for consultations, because he said he doesn’t like a crowded waiting room. I could really feel his consideration for patients, and I liked that so much. The manager was also extremely kind and explained everything in the same meticulous and detailed way. I came with a prepared question list, and after they said, “May I take a look at this?”, they checked each item and explained it one by one! There was no pressure to book on the same day. They do make a suggestion, but they don’t force it.
