I remember that most of the people there came for hair removal, so it felt factory-like and you couldn't choose the director. The wait was enormous, so I recommend avoiding appointments on the day of treatment... I ended up getting a laser treatment involving physical contact, and I worried whether it would be kept hygienic, but after the procedure I didn't develop folliculitis or anything like that.
