There were quite a lot of people at the hospital. They had many treatment categories, and despite the number of people, the wait seemed short? I was getting hair removal, and it was disappointing that I did not receive advance guidance about shaving the area beforehand. Then they said it in a way that made it sound like I should have done it, which is why I only gave one star. Other than that, they are always kind when I need to change or reschedule. The treatment effect is good, but the problem is that I did not go consistently ;; Next time I need to go diligently.
