I first went for a skin Botox consultation, and the manager explained that the skin-improvement effect would be temporary, so because my skin didn't seem elastic, they recommended a different laser procedure and I ended up getting it. The director was really kind, and I liked that he seemed to know how to make a face shape look pretty. But everything except the director was bad. The director had constant patients, so I had to wait lying down for way too long. After washing my face and leaving me with nothing on, the wait got long and they said they'd do vitamin care, but as the vitamin was being absorbed, I got even drier, and the person doing the care felt so unskilled that I wondered if they were really the one supposed to be taking care of me. When they were slathering on the finishing cream after the procedure, I really wanted to snatch it and do it myself. Overall I left in a pretty bad mood. They said one treatment is less effective than about 3 sessions, so I came a second time just to see the director, but luckily the person doing the care was more delicate, though there was still some waiting. I almost fell asleep while lying there waiting. Both times I went in the evening on weekdays. I really only went because of the director.
