I think the consultation was about half and half between the consultation manager and the doctor. The doctor was kind, but it seemed like he expected the patient to already have some knowledge about plastic surgery when he consulted. If I wanted information about the surgery, it felt like I had to ask about each thing one by one? All the staff were kind.
