I got Xeomin jaw Botox for the square jaw, event price was 99,000 plus tax. They injected it without an ice pack or numbing cream, but is that how it is everywhere else too..? It hurt so much I clenched my teeth and endured it. I really disliked that they didn't let me check the dosage before the injection, but after the shot the effect was amazing. (Standard dose) It felt like almost all the side jaw disappeared, and it seems to last about 4 to 6 months. I plan to get it once a year.
