Partial incision with fat removal, then buried sutures. The gap between the eyes and eyebrows was close, so they couldn’t make the line very high, but now, 8 months later, it feels natural. It seems like they recommend epicanthoplasty to everyone, but I refused. If I had done it, it would have been a disaster because my lacrimal caruncle was already very visible.
