I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery, with Director Park. The director and the consultation manager were both kind... and they didn't pressure me to make a reservation, which I liked. Also, the director seemed confident in the surgery. In the end I did get surgery at another hospital because that one appealed to me more, but it was fine.
