I knew it was a factory-style clinic but even so, they asked what I wanted and molded it exactly the way I wanted, so I was really satisfied. Before and after photos are just taken with something like a Galaxy Tab, so that is something to keep in mind! Retouch is not included. I could not choose a doctor specifically, so I do not know who did it, which is a small downside.. If you get a good one like I did, you will be satisfied.
