The doctor who does the procedures changes often, so the quality of the procedures varies a lot. It seems like you should stick to procedures that don't depend much on who does them. There are so many people, so it's better not to expect too much kindness. If you have plenty of time or the procedure price is burdensome, there really isn't a place like this.
