I had to wait 2-3 weeks just for the consultation. I went to consultations at 4-5 plastic surgery clinics, and the director here explained things the kindest and most thoroughly. Even though the hospital was busy, they didn't rush the consultation or show any sign of fatigue, and they still made it thorough, which was very impressive
