I had a consultation a while ago about double eyelids. The director himself consulted with me, and from the moment I entered the consultation room, he was very gentle. It was the first time I'd met a director who introduced himself. He was also very kind in explaining the parts I was curious about, and he didn't tell me to add anything else to other areas, just did exactly what I wanted, which made me trust him even more. I ended up changing course to a petit procedure because I was too scared of double eyelid surgery, so I didn't go through with the surgery, but he was very kind and gave me the feeling that he would do a good job.
