I made a reservation and went, and the wait wasn’t long. But I ended up only consulting with the manager. Separate from the manager’s experience, I came because I wanted to consult with the director... I decided I wouldn’t have surgery here. If you want to think positively, there’s a low chance the director will come out during surgery to consult, I guess.
