My concern was that the tip of my nose was drooping, making my mouth look protruded, so I only wanted the tip done. Especially since I live overseas, I was really afraid of possible inflammation or side effects, so I really didn't want silicone, and I wanted the bridge kept as it is now with filler. Among the three clinics I consulted, this was the only one that suggested surgery while leaving the existing filler in the bridge, so I have my surgery booked here. The tip was probably ear cartilage and fascia.
